Biological Pillar
Wall-E is all by himself in his years of loneliness and unending work. This allowed him to gain consciousness of his own and a wish for something else in life to come.
Cognition Pillar
His eyes are the most emotive part of his robotic body, and are consistently a great indicator of how WALL-E is feeling.
Life Span Development and Learning Pillar
Eve is trying to figure out what language Wall-E speaks. She does this by speeding through all the languages & Wall-E is just sitting there not understanding any language, (only like one word languages). Eve is also learning what kind of things Wall-E finds in the junk yard and using use of the random things.
Social and Personality Pillar
Wall-E and his fellow robots were left behind to clean up the mess (quite literally) but our protagonist is the only one left by the time the story catches up to him. The message there is an obvious one: humans should think less about rampant consumerism and instead focus on protecting the planet while we still can.
Mental and Physical Health Pillar
I can see a future where humans have become so relyed on technology that they are physically incapable of taking care of themselves, and they have also lost touch with their own emotions.
